What is the size when folded in its carry bag?
The Mock ONE, when folded closed, is 35” high x 9” wide x 12” deep.
Fits very easily in a car trunk, canoe, on your shoulder…or anywhere you choose. The Mock ONE comes with a Carry Wrap, and the Chill Master comes with a Duffel Carry Bag. All accessories fit into the carry bag.
How tall can a person be and remain comfortable in it?
The Mock ONE has been designed to fit bodies up to 6’4” comfortably past the pillowed end bars. In addition, if a person is this tall they will be able to use the Mock ‘Squito net without touching it with their feet.
Why does the hammock fabric look very tight or seem taught?
On the first few uses, right out of the box, the hammock fabric will seem taught. Just use it as normally and after a few uses it will stretch out into its stable length.
Are the cup holders supposed to be on the INSIDE of the basket?
Yes, the newer model of the Mock ONE has the cup holder on the inside of the basket.
Where are the Sunshade Bolts?
Each Mock ONE should have two (2) Sunshade bolts. The bolts may already be attached to the corners on one end of the Mock ONE.
Can I wash the Mock ONE fabric?
Yes, the hammock fabric is easy to remove from the frame. You can spot clean, hand wash, or machine wash on the most gentle cycle with non-detergent soap. Hang dry or air-fluff (no heat) to dry.
What is the recommended maintenance of the Mock ONE?
The Mock ONE should not be left out when not in use. Rainwater and heavy moisture may cause some rust, and long time sun exposure may fade the fabric. We recommend folding and storing your Mock ONE inside and out of the elements.

The Republic of Durable Goods® branded products covered by our Make Happy warranty are warranted to the original owner against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship for the lifetime of the product. The products eligible for the lifetime warranty are covered to the original owner, for the lifetime of the product. Unfortunately, this does not mean your lifetime, but the normal expected lifetime of the product dependant upon use.
This warranty applies to all The Republic of Durable Goods® branded products. If your product fails due to a manufacturing defect we will repair it without charge, or replace it, at our discretion. Only original, unaltered and unmodified items and workmanship are covered. This warranty does not cover damage caused by accident, improper care, negligence, normal wear and tear, or the natural breakdown of colors and materials over extended time and use.
Because we think products should have a long life, we have designed the Mock ONE to have replaceable parts. If a part breaks, don’t worry we have a replacement. Damage from user error is not covered under warranty but may be repaired for a reasonable rate and a fee will be charged for return shipping.
Our policy requires that products accepted for repair be clean. Charges will be assessed if cleaning is necessary or product may be returned to you if it cannot be adequately cleaned.
