Why is shipping delayed?
The founding principle of the Republic of Durable Goods is simply -- MAKE HAPPY! It is our mission to encourage more people to spend more time outside with fanatically designed and innovative products or simply put -- MAKE HAPPY! Today we are having a hard time living up to that principle.
Well, you came and showed up! We have been making many people happy over the last two years. Thank you! Thank you! Thank you! In fact, so many people wanted to get outside with the Mock ONE that we sold-out. Don’t fret more is on the way.
Even with your amazing support for our growing company we have experienced some growing pains. Currently, they are excruciatingly painful. Because of the slow and inadequate shipping times and customer service issues, we are moving warehouses and have hired more customer service staff from 2 people to 7. This should immediately help.
What does this mean to you?
We expect to be back on track and shipping out the backorders from a new warehouse in 1-3 weeks.
We understand if you would need to cancel or refund your purchase and you can do so by emailing at email@example.com. But if you can hang in there with us, we all will be "mocking" soon.
